Hannah Doolin is a Detroit-born writer and editor who now calls Seattle home. While completing her B.S. in magazine journalism at Syracuse University's S.I. Newhouse School of Public Communications, she explored the community through her writing. She reported on the local food scene at The Post-Standard, worked on the edit staff for student-run magazines on campus and spent her free time cooking and creating original content for Big Girls, Small Kitchen. She got her first taste of city life via a summer magazine internship at Country Living in New York and, following graduation, she made her way back to delve further into the magazine industry.

Hannah spent two years tracking down the best entertainment and resources for NYC families as the associate editor at Time Out New York Kids before shifting her focus to a lifelong passion: food & drink. She contributed feature stories and reported on the latest food news for Delish.com, before shifting to a role on the Audience & Partnerships team at Hearst Digital Media. As Partnerships Manager, Hannah maintains and develops growth strategies for several business partnerships with media publishers and platforms such as Microsoft News, Verizon Media (AOL and Yahoo), Apple News and Flipboard. She manages and serves as editor for a team of freelance writers and dedicates her time each day to curating content and honing Hearst’s distribution process to best suit each unique partner relationship.

Her freelance work has included editorial projects for Architectural DigestClever, MommyNearest.com, Food NetworkTime Out United States and Martha Stewart.

When she's not tapping away at her laptop, Hannah spends her time cooking, traveling and getting outdoors as much as possible. She loves eating her way through each new place she visits, whether within the Pacific Northwest, or on more far-reaching adventures.
